SpillX ("hum", "platform", "service") ek anonymous confession aur chat platform hai jo spillx.in pe available hai. Platform use karke tum in Terms of Service se legally bind hote ho. Agar agree nahi karte, please platform use mat karo.

Plain English version: Ye platform anonymous expression ke liye hai — lekin iska matlab nahi ki kuch bhi allowed hai. Rules follow karo, safe rehno.

SpillX access ya use karke — chahe tum registered user ho ya anonymous visitor — tum confirm karte ho ki tumne ye Terms padhe hain, samjhe hain aur inse bound rehne ke liye agree karte ho.

Ye Terms hamari Privacy Policy aur Cookie Policy ke saath milkar apply hoti hain.

Free features ke liye koi account required nahi hai. Agar tum Premium account banate ho, tum responsible ho apne login credentials ki security ke liye. Kisi ke saath credentials share mat karo.

Hum right reserve karte hain kisi bhi waqt, bina notice ke, kisi bhi account ya session ko suspend ya terminate karne ka — especially Terms violation pe.

📝 4. Content Rules

Tum jo bhi confessions, messages ya content post karte ho — us ki responsibility tumhari hai. SpillX ek platform hai; hum content ke creator nahi hain.

Post karke tum confirm karte ho ki tumhara content:

• Kisi aur ka copyright, privacy ya rights violate nahi karta

• Factually misleading ya defamatory nahi hai kisi real person ke baare mein

• India ke applicable laws ka violation nahi karta

💡 Anonymous platform hona content responsibility ko remove nahi karta. Illegal content ke liye legal action ho sakti hai.

🚫 5. Prohibited Activities

Yeh strictly forbidden hai SpillX pe:

✗Minor-related sexual ya inappropriate content post karna
✗Kisi bhi person ko harass, stalk ya threaten karna
✗Religion, caste, gender pe hate speech spread karna
✗Kisi ki private personal info doosron ki consent ke bina share karna
✗Platform ko spam, scam ya phishing ke liye use karna
✗Self-harm ya suicide ko glorify karna
✗Illegal activities promote karna ya facilitate karna
✗Platform ke security systems ko bypass karne ki koshish karna
✗Automated bots ya scrapers use karna
✗Doosre users ki identity steal karna ya impersonate karna
Consequence: Violations pe immediate permanent ban, content removal, aur serious cases mein legal action ho sakti hai.

SpillX ka naam, logo, design aur platform code — ye sab SpillX ke intellectual property hain. Inhe reproduce ya use karna prohibited hai bina written permission ke.

Tumhara content tumhara hi rehta hai. Platform pe post karke tum SpillX ko limited, non-exclusive license dete ho us content ko display karne ka.

⭐ 7. Premium Subscription

Premium plan ₹11/month hai. Subscription auto-renew hoti hai jab tak tumne cancel na kar diya ho.

Cancellation: Anytime cancel kar sakte ho apne dashboard se. Current billing period khatam hone tak access milega.

Refunds: Digital subscription hone ki wajah se generally non-refundable hai, lekin genuine technical issues pe hum case-by-case review karte hain. help@spillx.in pe contact karo.

Price Changes: Agar pricing change hogi, hum 30 din pehle notify karenge.

⚠️ 8. Disclaimers

SpillX "as is" provide kiya jaata hai bina kisi warranty ke. Hum guarantee nahi dete ki platform hamesha available, error-free ya secure rahega.

Hum responsible nahi hain users ke posted content ke liye. Platform pe kisi bhi user-generated content ki accuracy, truthfulness ya legality ke liye hum liable nahi hain.

Maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SpillX ki total liability kisi bhi claim ke liye Rs. 100 se zyada nahi hogi.

Hum right reserve karte hain kisi bhi user ka access terminate karne ka — bina notice ke — agar Terms violate kiye gaye ho. Serious violations pe hum law enforcement ko cooperate kar sakte hain.

Tum bhi apna account ya content anytime delete kar sakte ho. Anonymous sessions automatically expire hoti hain.

Hum ye Terms anytime update kar sakte hain. Material changes pe platform pe notice post hoga. Continued use of SpillX after updated Terms means acceptance.
