✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

SpillX visit karke, confession post karke, ya anonymous groups join karke aap confirm karte hain ki aapne in Terms ko padha hai, samjha hai aur accept kiya hai.

Yeh Terms hamari Privacy Policy aur Cookie Policy ke sath milkar platform ke operation aur user conduct ko govern karti hain.

Solo Confessions & Random Chat: Public confession feed par post karne ya 1-on-1 random stranger chat karne ke liye kisi bhi account, registration ya login ki zarurat nahi hai (100% Free & No-Login).

Anonymous Group Rooms: Multi-user group chat rooms (College Talks, Career Stress, Late Night Discussions, etc.) me participate karne ke liye ek 100% Free Account banana padta hai. Yeh account community ko automated spam bots aur abusive trolls se protect karne ke liye mandatory banaya gaya hai.

📍 Account Security: Group chat account ke credentials aur login privacy maintain rakhne ki responsibility user ki hoti hai. Apne login details kisi aur ke sath share na karein.

📝 4. User Content & Responsibility

Aap jo bhi confession ya group messages post karte hain, uski complete responsibility aapki hoti hai. SpillX ek intermediary platform hai (under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000) aur hum user content create nahi karte.

SpillX par post karte samay aap guarantee dete hain ki aapka content:

✗Doxxing: Kisi ka real name, mobile number ya photo share karna

✗Commercial spam, scam links, phishing ya crypto scams

✗Self-harm, suicide ya violence ko glorify ya encourage karna

✗Drugs, weapons ya kisi illegal activity ko promote karna

✗Automated scraping bots ya platform security bypass karna

Consequence: In rules ke violation par bina kisi notice ke instant account suspension, IP firewall block, aur legal authorities (Cyber Cell) ko escalation ho sakti hai.

SpillX ka brand name, logo, custom UI styling, animation code aur visual architecture SpillX ki intellectual property hain. Written permission ke bina inka reproduction prohibited hai.

Aapka content aapka rehta hai. Platform par share karke aap SpillX ko ek non-exclusive, royalty-free license dete hain taaki us confession ko display aur aggregate kiya ja sake.

👥 7. Anonymous Groups & Community Conduct

SpillX par sabhi core features aur group rooms 100% Free Forever hain. Koi subscription fees, hidden charges ya ₹11/mo ke plans nahi hain.

Group rooms me judte waqt sabhi registered users se friendly, supportive aur non-toxic conduct expect kiya jaata hai:

• Room ke topic (College, Career, Relationships) ke relevant discussion karein.

• Kisi doosre user ke emotional breakdown ya vulnerable confession ka mazaak na udayein.

• Group chat me affiliate links ya commercial promotional messages spam na karein.

Moderators kisi bhi abusive ya disruptive group participant ko turant room se kick ya permanently mute karne ka poora right rakhte hain.

⚠️ 8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

SpillX ek self-expression community platform hai aur yeh "AS IS" basis par provide kiya jaata hai bina kisi express ya implied warranty ke.
